Bill Lodes and the ISV team hosted our company’s first-ever ISV Partner Summit March 5-7 at corporate headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas. The summit included roundtable discussions on products, sales strategy, industry trends and regulations, as well as networking opportunities for our partners and sponsors, including Discover Global and PAX Technology.
Over the course of the next day and a half, attendees participated in a detailed tour, listened to presentations, and shared with the First American team their candid thoughts on everything from industry trends to the business obstacles they face in their respective verticals.
Several guests were new partners that had not yet seen the depth of First American’s operations or visited our corporate headquarters. For these attendees, the experience illuminated even more about the value First American brings to its ISV partners, underscoring their decision to work with us.
“The intent with this ISV Summit was to create a payments council of sorts,” said Bill Lodes, EVP of Business Development & Strategy. “They will serve as an advisory group in our product roadmap efforts, and hopefully, also serve in an ambassador role as we sign new partners.”
