Following an exemplary year of Call Center excellence, First American received ATSI recognition once again, bringing home the Association’s prestigious Call Center Award of Distinction.

This is the seventh consecutive year First American has earned this award, given by the Association of TeleServices International.

To be considered, agents are evaluated by an independent panel of judges over a six-month period across a wide variety of criteria. They are scored on everything from CRM capabilities, courtesy to caller and overall professionalism to response times, call accuracy and use of proper call techniques.

Following this rigorous assessment, First American earned its seventh consecutive recognition.

“This award means more each year we have been fortunate enough to receive it,” said Latiffa Sharpe, First American’s Vice President of Merchant Services. “Rather than settling for status quo performance, our team consistently raises the bar for Call Center excellence each and every year. They are most deserving of this recognition.”

“The ATSI Award of Distinction evaluates agent interaction with callers in a longer, call center application call such as customer service or helpdesk environment,” said Joseph Pore, ATSI President. “Winning the [Call Center Award of] Distinction is a testament to the hard work and dedication to excellence that their team embodies. These companies stand out as the best in the industry.”
