First American welcomes Thomas Wheat as Sales Manager of the ISO/Strategic Partnership channel. In this role, Wheat’s primary goals will be to identify and to cultivate new partnerships, furthering the team’s efforts to align integration-focused ISOs with First American’s payment solutions.
Wheat joins First American from SignaPay, where he has served as National Sales Director, recruiting and managing both new and high-risk partners to deliver record-setting merchant conversions year over year and surpass annual revenue goals. He previously held roles of increasing responsibility at well-known payment and financial institutions, including TSYS and Wells Fargo Bank. Wheat has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and a master’s degree from the University of South Carolina and is an active member of the Electronic Transactions Association.
