First American Payment Systems has once again earned top honors from the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI), winning the 2018 Call Center Award of Distinction.
This prestigious award recognizes peak performance across a wide set of rigorous criteria, including information accuracy, call response time, courtesy and professionalism.
Contenders are evaluated over a six-month period, during which time an independent panel of judges assess and score call center staff performance, with an emphasis on enhanced service applications.
“It is a tremendous honor to receive this award, recognizing the day in, day out efforts of our Call Center,” said Latiffa Sharpe, First American’s Vice President of Merchant Services. “When your team’s performance is validated by industry veterans who have worked in every facet of this field and understand all that goes into delivering a stellar customer experience, there is no greater compliment.”
“The ATSI Award of Distinction evaluates agent interaction with callers in a longer, call center application call such as customer service or helpdesk environment,” said ATSI President Josue Leon. “Recipients who earn this distinction are engaging callers at a high level, proving they have learned their clients’ call handling needs. These companies are industry leaders and I am proud of the prestige and joy this award brings to our members.”
